What is FRP / GRP / COMPOSITE
Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) is the generic term for a uniquely versatile family of composites, popularly used today in various applications. An FRP structure typically consists of Unsaturated Polyester (UP) resin applied to a mold in combination with reinforcement, most commonly glass fiber, to form a part that is rigid, highly durable, and low in weight.
FRP Provides: Lightweight, high strength-to-weight ratio, high levels of stiffness, chemical resistance, good electrical insulating properties, and retention of dimensional stability across a wide range of temperatures.
FRP products are as robust as any traditional Cast Iron (CI) products. We are committed to creating awareness regarding the application of FRP materials and enhanced the happiness of our customers through use of these technology of products.

installation procedure
Care should be taken in handling manhole covers and frames to prevent the damage of edges and corners.
- Make sure that top level of the frame should match the road.
- Prepare concrete bed considering height of the frame.
- Frame should be allowed to set in concrete for a minimum time of 48 hrs. before its use.
- Please note frame is not load bearing and therefore has to be completely supported from all sides.
